Henley Morgan is recruiting an experienced Sage Intacct Support Consultant for a long-established UK Sage partner expanding its Sage Intacct support function due to continued customer growth. This position suits a Sage Intacct professional who enjoys customer-facing support, problem solving and structured career development within a stable, profitable organisation.

The Role
You will join a dedicated Sage Intacct support desk, delivering high-quality technical assistance to customers while working closely with consultants and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Logging, managing and resolving Sage Intacct support tickets
- Providing Sage Intacct support via phone and email
- Delivering professional, clear customer service
- Working collaboratively within a growing support team
- Applying accredited Sage Intacct knowledge to real-world client environments
- Supporting customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
- Participating in ongoing training and progression toward consultancy
Required Experience
Essential
- Sage Intacct accreditation
- Commercial experience supporting Sage Intacct
- Confidence handling phone-based customer support
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Location
UK based, remote-first role. Home working with optional weekly office attendance preferred. Offices in Derby and Newcastle.
Salary
Up to £45,000 depending on experience + other perks!
