You’ll lead the transition of endpoint and end‑user IT services, covering End Point Management, Device Lifecycle, collaboration platforms like M365/Teams, and End User Support, into steady‑state operations.
Acting as the single point of accountability across delivery, operations and business leadership, you’ll shape ITIL‑aligned transition plans that keep stakeholders informed, risks controlled, and services ready for go‑live.

Manage ELS and formal transition into BAU support.
Integrate new technologies and managed‑service vendors into the operational ecosystem.
Support hardware refreshes, endpoint security rollouts and collaboration platform migrations.
Maintain readiness checklists, risk registers, issue/dependency logs and provide progress dashboards.
