Salary: Up to £33,000 + Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and detail-focused Sales Support Executive to join a growing Managed Technology Provider based in Reading.

This hybrid role is ideal for an experienced Sales Support Executive, Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Sales Order Processor, or Sales Operations Administrator with experience in Managed Print, IT Services, MSP or Technology environments.

You'll play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing customer orders, coordinating installations, and ensuring a seamless order-to-delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations and sales proposals for the sales team.
  • Process customer orders from purchase order through to installation.
  • Coordinate installation dates with manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Manage purchasing, sales order processing and customer updates.
  • Coordinate deliveries, logistics and installation schedules.
  • Provide sales administration support across IT and Managed Print solutions. Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a Sales Support, Sales Administration, Sales Coordinator, Sales Operations or Order Processing role.
  • Experience within Managed Print Services is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/order processing systems. What's on Offer
