We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join the team of an established business within the Managed Print Services industry and quickly become an essential member of the team.

This is a purely Account Management-based role; as such, you will be responsible for proactively building and growing accounts, so you will need to possess the ability to quickly build rapport with clients as well as being able to spot an opportunity to enhance your client portfolio.

As Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following day-to-day:

  • Utilising a variety of methods to proactively grow your accounts.
  • Have a solid grasp of what new and existing solutions you can offer to clients.
  • Maximise sales opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Building a strong sales pipeline.
  • Confidently negotiate sales.
  • Meet agreed KPIs and targets.

To be considered, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Solid client relationship management skills.
  • The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to cross-sell and upsell services.
  • Experience within managed print is essential.

If successful, you can expect a salary of £45,000 - £50,000, depending on the experience you can offer, along with on-target earnings of circa £100,000, holiday, pension and lots of ongoing training and development to help you progress.
