We need an experienced Warehouse Manager for our client, a Managed Services Provider based in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a busy warehouse and device provisioning operation, where accuracy, service levels and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything you do.
As Warehouse Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the operation, ensuring goods, stock, provisioning, dispatch and returns are managed safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard. You’ll be trusted to set the pace, support your team and identify better ways of working across a fast-moving environment.
Day-to-day duties will include:
- Leading warehouse, stock, provisioning and continuous improvement teams.
- Overseeing goods in, inventory control, storage, staging, provisioning, dispatch and returns.
- Planning workflows, allocating resources and monitoring service-level performance.
- Maintaining excellent standards across health and safety, housekeeping, security and compliance.
- Driving improvements to accuracy, throughput, reporting and customer experience.
- Managing performance, coaching colleagues and supporting team development.
Experience needed:
- Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, fulfilment or operational management.
- Strong people-management skills, with the confidence to lead, coach and motivate teams.
- Excellent knowledge of stock control, inventory accuracy, reporting and operational planning.
- Awareness of health and safety, audit readiness and compliance requirements.
- Experience using WMS, ERP or asset management systems would be an advantage.
- Exposure to device logistics, IT asset management, provisioning or MDM/UEM environments would be beneficial.
