We are recruiting for a Graduate Account Manager with excellent progression opportunities.
Our client, an environmental compliance business, is looking for a Graduate Account Manager to become part of their team.
Full on-the-job training will be provided if you are keen to learn new skills.
As Account Manager you will be responsible for a small portfolio of client accounts, honing your customer service and data/research skills.
Day-to-day, your role will entail
- Managing a portfolio of accounts and being the dedicated point of contact
- Building strong working relationships with the customer and providing excellent customer service
- Liaising with compliance schemes, customers, and third parties to ensure compliance with a range of legislation and voluntary commitments
- Deepen your understanding of the customer requirements and industries
- Utilise data analysis skills to articulate complex data problems/processes back to customers in a way that is easy to understand
- Be proactive in problem solving and identify service development areas, supporting continuous improvement
- Ensure that all deliverable deadlines are planned and met to a high degree of accuracy Skills and Experience needed:
- Degree educated, ideally in a STEM or Humanities subject
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A customer-focused approach
- Ability to quickly take on large quantities of technical information
- Confident IT skills
- Solution-oriented problem-solving ability

- Full UK driving licence The successful candidate can expect a salary of £27,500, plus a fantastic benefits package including up to 10% bonus, 25 days' holiday plus an additional day for your birthday, enhanced pension and access to optional benefits including private medical, gym membership and wellbeing initiatives.
