We have a fantastic opportunity for a Field Services Engineer based in Reading covering the Berkshire and Hampshire area.

Our client is well-established in the Managed Print industry and has a wealth of notable clients to demonstrate their skills and experience. They are now looking for a Field Services Engineer to support their growing team and client.

As a Field Services Engineer day-to-day, you will be involved in the following:

  • Diagnosing system and user issues
  • Installing / networking devices on the client's premises
  • Responding to callouts
  • Resolve technical faults / undertake technical modifications / complete repairs
  • Working In the office as well as field-based.

To be considered you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Must have relevant experience in a similar role within the MPS/ MFD (photocopier) Industry
  • Ideal candidate will have experience with Konica Minolta, Canon or Kyocera but not essential
  • Must be competent in installing MFP’s onto a network for printing and scanning.

If successful you can expect a salary of up to £35,000, depending on the experience you can offer plus car and bonus. Company laptop and phone will also be provided.
