Ourclientiswell-establishedintheManagedPrintindustryandhasawealthofnotableclientstodemonstratetheirskillsandexperience.TheyarenowlookingforaFieldServicesEngineertobolstertheirgrowingteam.

AsaFieldServicesEngineerday-to-day,youwillbeinvolvedinthefollowing :

Responsibilities

• Diagnosingsystemanduserissues
• Installing / networkingdevicesontheclient\’spremises
• Respondingtocallouts
• Resolvetechnicalfaults / undertaketechnicalmodifications / completerepairs
• WorkingIntheofficeaswellasfield-based.

Tobeconsideredyouwillneedtodemonstratethefollowingskillsandexperience :

Qualifications

• MusthaverelevantexperienceinasimilarrolewithintheMPS / MFD(photocopier)Industry
• IdealcandidatewillhaveexperiencewithKonicaMinoltaorKyocerabutnotessential
• MustbecompetentininstallingMFP’sontoanetworkforprintingandscanning.

Ifsuccessfulyoucanexpectasalaryof up to £30,000,dependingontheexperienceyoucanofferpluscarandbonus.Companylaptopandphonewillalsobeprovided.
