The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 £ per year.

You will lead the commercial performance of assigned projects, maintaining strong cost control, ensuring compliance, and supporting excellent client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing all commercial aspects of projects, including valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Ensuring accurate cost control, forecasting, and commercial reporting
  • Working closely with Contract Managers, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements and commercial best practice
  • Supporting compliance with all relevant regulatory, contractual, and safety standards

About You

  • Proven experience within the construction industry (experience in Passive Fire Protection is advantageous but not essential)
  • Experience in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
  • Good working knowledge of construction contracts (JCT and/or NEC preferred)
  • Strong commercial awareness with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach to work
