The Role

  • Develop new and existing client relationships within commercial, industrial, and public-sector markets.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders for BMS installation, upgrade, and energy optimisation projects.
  • Work closely with design, projects, and commissioning teams to deliver fully integrated BMS solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for BMS enhancements, smart controls, and system integration.
  • Represent the company at meetings and trade events, promoting technical excellence and customer value.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in BMS / HVAC Controls sales, estimating, or project engineering.
  • Strong technical understanding of systems such as Trend, Tridium, Siemens, or Schneider.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on delivering results.
  • Full UK driving licence.
