We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist contractor delivering high-end residential refurbishments and bespoke new build projects across Oxfordshire. This role will suit someone with strong cultural fit, excellent client-facing skills, and experience working on prestigious residential schemes including listed buildings and period properties.

  • Managing 3–4 live projects simultaneously

  • Full commercial management from pre-construction to final account

  • 50% site-based across Oxfordshire projects

Requirements

  • Proven QS experience within prime/high-end residential
