Key Responsibilities- Control all aspects of Accounts Payable.
- Allocate purchase invoices to Purchase Orders, ensuring project costs are correctly assigned to project records.
- Perform monthly supplier reconciliations.
- Manage supplier accounts, including completing new credit applications.
- Assist with project billing and customer invoicing when required.
- Reconcile expense management systems and allocate costs to relevant projects.
- Support the onboarding of new customers and update financial systems with project information.
- Allocate day-to-day project costs within project management software.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Complete finance-related reconciliations and checks as required.
- Undertake ad hoc finance tasks when necessary.
- Assist with management accounting duties and reporting requirements.

Key requirements:- Ideally studying towards an accounting qualification, or qualified by experience with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar finance role.
