The Role
You will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to exceptional standards.
- Lead and manage landscaping teams on site
- Deliver projects on time and to high quality standards
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Operate and oversee landscaping plant and machinery
- Monitor labour, materials, and site progress
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project managers
- Maintain a safe, organised, and professional site environment
- Proactively solve issues and keep projects moving
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years experience in hard and soft landscaping
- Previous experience leading teams on site
- Strong knowledge of landscaping practices and techniques
