A well-established company based in rural West Lancashire, specialising in the manufacture and erection of steel portal frame buildings, is currently seeking a Multi-Skilled General Steel Erector to join our experienced steel erection team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a close-knit and skilled workforce, delivering high-quality steel structures across the North West.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the erection of steel portal frame buildings on various construction sites.
  • Support the team in handling, positioning, and fixing steel components.
  • Work safely at heights and follow health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Contribute to general site duties as required, including basic groundworks and installation of rainwater goods.
  • Handle sheet materials and other building components as needed.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 17:00
  • Overtime may be available on occasion, depending on workload.

  • Pay rates are competitive and above the national minimum wage.

Candidate Requirements:
