Who are we looking for? * Minimum of three year's estimating experience in commercial building and property services environment * 2 years post graduate experience within an Estimating position reporting to either a senior surveyor or a commercial manager * Technically knowledgeable of general construction methods and how they are implemented * Experience with excellent influencing and negotiation skills with the supply chain and/or external clients to ensure the business maximises profit * Excellent level of numeracy and verbal communication skills * HND (or higher) in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar * Knowledge of Causeway * Proficient on MS Office including Excel. * Good team player * Uses initiative, can solve problems independently * Demonstrates good judgement in decision making * Good organisational and time management skills * A dynamic individual motivated to work for the Jones Group Salary negotiable dependant on experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Education
