Oversee small works projects, maintenance, and remedial works for domestic and commercial clients (typically 250+), with an annual turnover of approximately 400k.

Act as the primary point of contact for small works clients, managing requirements, expectations, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage incoming calls and emails while planning, scheduling, and coordinating multiple small-scale electrical tasks simultaneously.

Handle reactive maintenance issues and daytime emergency callouts (e.g. power loss), including basic client guidance on fault finding (e.g. tripped RCBOs).

Prepare pricing for small works, remedial tasks, EICRs, and installation projects.

Conduct site surveys for larger small works packages to produce accurate and competitive quotations.
