We are currently recruiting for 1 experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing surfacing team with an immediate start available. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on supervisor with a strong background in surfacing works, overseeing projects across the South West and South of England.
Location Projects are located throughout:
- Exeter
- Portsmouth
- Bristol
- Oxford
- Surrounding areas
Regular travel between sites will be required, with a company van provided.

The Role:
As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will coordinate site teams, liaise with clients and ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising surfacing crews on site
- Managing programme and daily site activities
- Ensuring works are delivered safely and on schedule
- Conducting site briefings and maintaining health & safety standards
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and management teams
- Monitoring quality and productivity throughout projects
- Completing site documentation and reports
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within the surfacing sector
- Strong knowledge of asphalt and resin surfacing
- Valid SSSTS certificate
- Valid CSCS card
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexible approach to travel and working across multiple locations
