We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an immediate-start role on a new-build residential development in Colwyn Bay. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised Site Manager to lead a quality residential project, with the potential for the contract to be extended beyond the initial 12 months.

The Role

  • As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all on-site operations from start to completion.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site personnel.
  • Monitor progress against programme and ensure key milestones are achieved.
  • Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Carry out quality inspections and ensure work meets required specifications.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior management.
  • Manage site documentation, records, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential new-build developments.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction processes, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain project programmes.
  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certificates.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.
