Our clients extend into companies within the top 10 globally in their respective fields.
The Role
Successful applicants will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that all safety standards and job specifications are met.
- Coordinating and managing construction projects from start to finish.
- The management and monitoring of contractors to ensure the work is completed on schedule and to the required quality.
- Overseeing and supervising the project to ensure the client’s specifications and requirements are met.
- Plant and material selection.
- Inspecting the safety of the team and ensuring a safe work environment.

You will possess the following essential skills and qualifications:
- Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
- CDM Regulations
- A good understanding of building regulations and methods
- The ability to read and understand plans and programmes is essential
- A qualification in management or equivalent work experience is required
