Site Manager – High-End Residential\\n\\nLocation: South London\\nSalary: Circa £50,000 (DOE)\\nEmployment Type: Permanent\\n\\nRole Overview\\n\\nWe are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee high-end residential projects in South London. This is a hands-on role, combining site management responsibilities with physical, on-the-tools work when required. Ideal for someone who has come up through the trades and is comfortable leading from the front.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Day-to-day management of high-end residential sites\\n\\n * \\n\\n Managing and coordinating subcontractors and direct labour\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensuring works are delivered to a high quality finish\\n\\n * \\n\\n Hands-on involvement in site works as required\\n\\n * \\n\\n Maintaining health & safety standards on site\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ordering materials and managing deliveries\\n\\n * \\n\\n Liaising with clients, designers, and project stakeholders\\n\\n * \\n\\n Keeping projects on programme and assisting with problem-solving on site\\n\\nRequirements\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven experience as a Site Manager within high-end residential projects\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong on-the-tools background (essential)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades\\n\\n * \\n\\n Good understanding of build quality, finishes, and sequencing\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong communication and leadership skills\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to balance management duties with physical site work\\n\\n * \\n\\n SMSTS / SSSTS preferred\\n\\n * \\n\\n First Aid & CSCS (or equivalent) desirable\\n\\nWhat’s on Offer\\n\\n * \\n\\n Salary around £50k, depending on experience\\n\\n * \\n\\n Permanent position\\n\\n * \\n\\n Long-term, stable workload\\n\\n * \\n\\n Opportunity to work on high-quality residential projects\\n\\n * \\n\\n Hands-on role with real responsibility and autonomy
