As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of façade replacement and external envelope refurbishment works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with the Project Manager and Construction Manager, you will coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, and site logistics while maintaining strict compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising direct labour, subcontractors, and specialist façade installers.
- Ensuring all works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinating site activities, deliveries, plant, scaffolding, and access systems.
- Conducting daily site inspections to monitor workmanship, quality, and Health and Safety compliance.
