Requirements
- Proven experience in a Site Manager role, with experience from Groundworks, Shellworks up to interiors.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the site environment.
- A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
Must Have:
- Must be technical, able to use a computer/laptop.
- Must have an SMSTS and hold a First Aid Ticket.
- Must be able to read and understand plans and drawings.
- Must be able to speak English.
