Cladding Estimator in Sible Hedingham

Cladding Estimator Location: CO9 Salary: £30,000–£60,000 DOE Type: Permanent Start: ASAP We’re working with an established cladding contractor looking for a Cladding Estimator to join their team. They’re happy to consider both experienced Estimators and Junior candidates who are looking to build a long-term career in the cladding industry. Full training will be provided to the right person. The Role * Preparing estimates and quotations for cladding projects * Carrying out accurate material take-offs * Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers * Reviewing drawings, specifications and project requirements * Supporting the commercial team throughout the tender process * Attending site visits when required * Working closely with the site and installation teams * For junior candidates, training will include hands-on site experience alongside the installation teams to build practical cladding knowledge * Projects are nationwide, with the majority of work across London and East Anglia About You * Cladding experience preferred, but not essential for the right junior candidate * Construction or building envelope experience would be advantageous * Strong attention to detail and good numerical ability * Comfortable working with drawings and measurements * Organised and keen to learn * Looking for a long-term career, rather than simply the next job * Full UK driving licence preferred due to site visits This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop a career in cladding estimating, with the opportunity to gain both commercial and hands-on site experience
