We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in Sheffield, delivering renewable energy and solar projects across the UK.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing projects from initial planning through to successful completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. The role involves coordinating internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage renewable energy and solar projects from inception to completion
- Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets, and resource plans
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and installation teams
- Monitor project performance, risks, and compliance requirements
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained
- Produce regular project reports and updates
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the renewable energy, solar, or wider energy sector
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and commercial management
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and contractors
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Based in or within a commutable distance of Sheffield
