Salary: £70k per annum
We provide reactive works on a framework basis with the long-term goal of providing reactive maintenance services for social housing clients throughout London and the South East of England.
Role overview:
- Working as part of a team alongside the existing commercial team on the company’s Reactive Maintenance Social Housing and Refurbishment projects and help develop the systems and processes to allow greater volume of works to be managed.
- Experience of reactive maintenance.
- Work with NHF schedule of rates when pricing works is essential.
- Promote the company ethos of working in an open, honest, and transparent manner at all times.
- To understand, promote and implement as appropriate the company SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality) ethos and ensure all employees and subcontractors do the same, being responsible for ensuring that SHEQ requirements are always upheld to the highest of standards.
Working hours:
- 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, 1hr lunch.
- 20 days’ annual leave excluding public holidays.
