An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a multidisciplinary construction consultancy. This is a full-time position offering a dynamic and professional work environment, with a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and attention to detail.
The role will be based in Central London, supporting a diverse project portfolio including Residential, Co-Living, Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), and Commercial Office developments. Projects range in scale from 50 to 500 apartments and include both new build and refurbishment schemes with contract values between £20m and £100m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality services and outputs across all project stages
- Preparing and managing tender documentation and processes, including evaluation criteria
- Compiling comprehensive contract documentation
- Evaluating and reporting on project programmes
- Engaging with the supply chain and leading contractor procurement
- Producing and managing cost plans and cost exercises
- Conducting carbon impact assessments
- Administering interim payments and valuations
- Managing project changes and preparing cost reports
- Forecasting project cash flows and providing monthly reporting
Requirements:
- Chartered (MRICS) or working towards APC completion within the next 12 months
- Experience in a cost consultancy environment
