We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimator with a strong background in landscaping and civil engineering projects to join a well-established contractor based in North London.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years’ estimating experience
- Proven track record in landscaping and civils projects
- Strong commercial awareness and tendering capability
- Ability to manage multiple bids and work independently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Role
- Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Identifying value engineering opportunities
- Supporting successful project delivery from pre-construction stage
