A specialist façade contractor with extensive experience in the construction industry, delivering design, manufacture, and installation of full building envelope solutions. Services include SFS, rainscreen cladding, EWI, recladding, remediation works, as well as heritage and restoration. Projects are delivered across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare, and education.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior commercial staff in the management of projects from award through to final account
- Assist in the preparation of monthly valuations and applications for payment
- Monitor, assess, and track variations, ensuring accurate records are maintained
- Attend site as required to review progress, measure works, and support reporting
- Maintain subcontractor orders, payment trackers, budgets, and cost records
- Assist with general commercial administration across assigned projects
- Support project teams with procurement, order placement, and value engineering options
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support future opportunities
Estimating
- Support preparation for and attendance at estimating meetings, providing updates on live tenders
- Carry out take-offs and measurements from drawings to produce accurate material quantities
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and technical input
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates alongside senior estimators
- Attend site visits as required to support surveys and tender preparation

Employment Details
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Probation period: 6 months
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (flexibility required)
