Due to continued growth and an increasing order book, we are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our friendly commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a specialist contractor delivering high-quality landscape and external works projects, with the chance to take ownership of your own portfolio of projects from start to finish.
About the Role
Working within a small commercial team (currently comprising the Commercial Manager and one QS), you will be responsible for managing the full commercial function across multiple projects valued between £100,000 and £2.5 million. This is a hands-on role that goes beyond traditional quantity surveying. You will work closely with Contracts Managers, be involved in material procurement, and play a key role in supporting successful project delivery.
