We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist contractor delivering high-end residential refurbishments and bespoke new build projects across Oxfordshire. This role will suit someone with strong cultural fit, excellent client-facing skills, and experience working on prestigious residential schemes including listed buildings and period properties.
Project Experience Required:
- High-end residential refurbishments
- Listed buildings
- Georgian & Victorian properties
- Bespoke new build homes
The Role:
- Managing 3–4 live projects simultaneously
- Average project value around £3m
- Full commercial management from pre-construction to final account
- Working closely with clients, consultants, and site teams
- Ensuring projects are commercially successful and well managed
Working Pattern:
- 50% office-based
- 50% site-based across Oxfordshire projects
Requirements:
- Proven QS experience within prime/high-end residential
- Strong refurbishment and heritage building knowledge
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, commercially aware, and proactive approach
- Ability to fit into a close-knit and collaborative team culture
Package:
- £70,000-£80,000 DOE
