The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join a high-performing commercial team delivering technically complex and regulated facilities. The role supports the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to completion, where precision, compliance, and cost control are critical. Responsibilities span cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will be calm, organised, non-adversarial, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines while protecting commercial interests and supporting wider business objectives.
