Quantity Surveyor – Civils Location: Basildon (Office-based) | Energy Division Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 + benefits A high-quality, family-oriented building & interiors group is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Energy Division in Basildon. While based in the office, the role will involve close commercial management of major onsite civils works, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: • Manage all cost and commercial aspects of civils projects from the Basildon office. • Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, valuations, and final accounts. • Administer contracts, variations, and claims in line with project requirements. • Liaise with site teams, project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure robust financial control. • Provide accurate cost reporting to safeguard profitability.
