Key Responsibilities- Identify, source, and negotiate development and investment opportunities across residential and commercial property sectors
- Manage transactions from initial instruction through to completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and other stakeholders
- Advise clients on strategy, acquisition, disposal, and development potential
- Conduct detailed financial appraisals and valuations of prospective sites
- Provide consultancy services throughout the client sales and investment cycle

- Minimum 3 yearsβ experience in UK property development and investment sales
- Strong track record in acquiring and disposing of development and investment assets
