We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established main contractor delivering high-quality new build care home and later living developments. This is an excellent opportunity to join a financially stable business with a strong pipeline of work and a proven track record of rewarding its employees. The company has achieved its annual profit target for the last five years, resulting in a 10% annual bonus for staff.

The Role:

  • Manage new build care home and later living projects from inception through to completion.
  • Lead site teams to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors throughout the build.
  • Monitor programme, quality and commercial performance.
