We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading lifts and escalators business, managing projects across the South West and South Wales region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in the lift and escalator industry who can oversee multiple installation and modernisation projects from contract award through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The Role:
- Manage lift and escalator installation, refurbishment, and modernisation projects across the region.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously from pre-start through to handover.
- Plan project programmes, resources, and labour requirements.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage project budgets, costs, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
- Attend site meetings and conduct regular project progress reviews.
- Coordinate engineers and subcontractors to ensure works are completed efficiently.
- Identify and resolve project risks.
