An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established principal contractor specialising in retail and leisure fit-out and refurbishment projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong shopfitting background who has progressed through Site Management into Project or Contracts Management. You will be responsible for delivering multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception through to completion.
- Deliver projects valued between 100,000 and 1 million.
- Oversee programmes typically lasting 3 to 10 weeks.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations.
- Monitor project budgets, programmes and quality standards.
- Liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders and internal teams throughout each project.
- Manage projects involving day shifts, night works and weekend working where required.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years Project Management experience within the industry.
