As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of façade replacement and external envelope refurbishment projects across Newcastle and the surrounding region. You will oversee all aspects of project delivery from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with all health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
Role Overview
- Managing façade replacement and cladding refurbishment projects from mobilisation through to practical completion.
- Coordinating site operations, ensuring safety and adherence to health & safety legislation.
- Leading and managing site staff and subcontractors.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Monitoring programme performance.
- Coordinating procurement of materials and plant.
- Ensuring quality and installation standards are met.
