The Role Permanent Contracts Manager role overseeing multiple commercial fit-out jobs (typically £100k–£2m), covering: * Aluminium glazing systems * Partitions * Ceilings * Joinery * Timber doors and frames What We’re Looking For Must-haves: * Confident placing material orders, reviewing quotes, and managing supplier relationships * Fit-out experience – Cat A / Cat B commercial projects * Able to manage multiple live jobs * Good knowledge of partitions, ceilings, door sets, joinery, and glazing * Confident following construction programmes and keeping works on track * Comfortable running RAMS, variations, site quality, and cost monitoring * Able to represent us in site meetings and update clients on variations swiftly and clearly * Based within reach of Slough and willing to travel to sites Bonus if they’ve worked with: * Clients like Morgan Lovell * Digital tools for RAMS, programme tracking, or reporting * Solid under pressure, organised, and delivery-focused
