Key Responsibilities
- Accurately record all work carried out on an item-by-item basis, ensuring all relevant data is captured.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of routine consumables.
- Prepare vehicles (passenger, LGV, and HGV) for Ministry of Transport (MOT) testing.
- Attend sites as required to diagnose and, where possible, repair faulty or broken-down plant and vehicles.
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures, including COSHH, Safe Working Procedures (SWPs), and Risk Assessments (RAs).
- Carry out any other duties reasonably requested by senior management.
Equipment Worked On Includes, but is not limited to:
- Overhead gantry cranes
- Combilifts and side loaders
- Telehandlers
- Access platforms and scissor lifts (e.g. Genie, Manitou)
- Mobile cranes
- HGV tractor units and articulated trailers (including trombone and rear-steer units)
- LGVs and panel vans
- Passenger vehicles and pick-up trucks

- All tools, equipment, and PPE are provided.
