We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist contractor delivering high-end residential refurbishments and bespoke new build projects across Oxfordshire. This role will suit someone with strong cultural fit, excellent client-facing skills, and experience working on prestigious residential schemes including listed buildings and period properties.

Project Experience Required:

  • High-end residential refurbishments
  • Listed buildings
  • Georgian & Victorian properties
  • Bespoke new build homes

The Role:

  • Managing 3–4 live projects simultaneously
  • Average project value around £3m
  • Full commercial management from pre-construction to final account
  • Working closely with clients, consultants, and site teams
  • Ensuring projects are commercially successful and well managed

Working Pattern:

  • 50% office-based
  • 50% site-based across Oxfordshire projects

Requirements:

  • Proven QS experience within prime/high-end residential
  • Strong refurbishment and heritage building knowledge
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, commercially aware, and proactive approach
  • Ability to fit into a close-knit and collaborative team culture

Package:

  • £70,000-£80,000 DOE
