Henley Chase in Newmarket is seeking an experienced Cost Estimator to join our team. You will prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for commercial fit-out projects, liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
You will work closely with the commercial and project delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes, review drawings and specifications, and contribute to value engineering and handovers to delivery.
