Henley Chase is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across our portfolio from our Birmingham offices.
You will lead a small team, plan preventative and reactive maintenance, manage budgets, and ensure safety and high standards across sites.
You will also perform hands-on maintenance tasks as required, including gardening, cleaning, painting, and general repairs, with driving to sites as needed.
This is an office & site-based, in-person role within the UK.
