Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Mechanical Site Supervisor to join a busy project delivery team working across a range of new build construction projects. This is a site-based role responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of mechanical installation works. Working closely with the Mechanical Project Manager, you will ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, to programme and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will have a strong hands-on mechanical background and be confident managing directly employed operatives and subcontractors, planning labour and materials, coordinating with other trades and resolving site issues.

- New build residential and apartment developments
- Purpose-built care homes
- Commercial new build schemes
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day mechanical installation works on site.
- Manage directly employed operatives and subcontractors.
- Plan labour, materials and site activities in line with the construction programme.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Mechanical Project Manager.
- Coordinate and manage the ordering of materials and equipment.
