We are seeking an experienced Contracts / Project Manager to oversee our growing construction arm, managing projects up to £30 million in value. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic professional with strong leadership and commercial skills to play a key role in our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Prepare and manage contract documentation, tender reviews, and project acquisition processes
- Lead project teams and liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Maintain and track project progress using MS Project
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager within construction
- Strong background in residential projects
- Experience managing projects up to £30M in value
- Proficiency with MS Project essential
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
