An experienced Project Manager is required to oversee a growing portfolio of residential developments across Liverpool and Manchester.

With 19 live projects currently underway, you'll take responsibility for delivering high-quality new build and refurbishment schemes from pre-construction through to completion.

The Role

  • Manage multiple residential projects simultaneously.
  • Lead site teams and subcontractors.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and suppliers.
  • Monitor quality, commercial performance and programme.
  • Produce regular progress reports.
  • Drive project delivery and maintain excellent client relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven Project Management experience.
  • Residential new build and refurbishment background.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • SMSTS and CSCS preferred.
  • Full UK driving licence.
