With 19 live projects currently underway, you'll take responsibility for delivering high-quality new build and refurbishment schemes from pre-construction through to completion.
The Role
- Manage multiple residential projects simultaneously.
- Lead site teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and suppliers.
- Monitor quality, commercial performance and programme.
- Produce regular progress reports.
- Drive project delivery and maintain excellent client relationships.
