About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and driven BMS Service Sales Account Manager to join our growing Sales team. This role will focus on developing and expanding the maintenance and bureau customer base across the North West region. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new BMS maintenance contracts, managing existing customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to convert projects into planned preventative maintenance (PPM) agreements. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to progress their career within the Building Management Systems (BMS) industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow the BMS maintenance and bureau contract portfolio
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive sales activity
  • Build strong relationships with end-users and Facilities Management companies
  • Manage contract renewals and identify upselling opportunities
  • Convert project opportunities into long-term maintenance agreements
  • Work towards and achieve sales targets and budgets
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and provide high levels of service
  • Attend customer meetings and conduct site visits across the North West region

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar sales role
  • Proven track record in business development and account management
  • Experience within BMS, HVAC, Air Conditioning, Fire Alarm, or related industries preferred
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Ability to self-generate leads and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to sales
  • Full UK driving licence required

Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
