Location: Office ll lead a small maintenance team, manage planned and reactive maintenance programmes, oversee budgets, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Alongside managing operations, you ll also undertake general maintenance duties across office facilities and supported accommodation when required.

Plan, organise and allocate work across the maintenance team.
Ensure planned and reactive maintenance works are completed on time and to a high standard.
Develop, implement and maintain planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules across the property portfolio.

Source materials, equipment and external contractors in line with operational requirements.
Carry out stock management and maintain inventory for maintenance vehicles and stores.
