The Role
This is a hands-on management position requiring strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. You will take day-to-day responsibility for the smooth running of the site, coordinating directly with subcontractors, residents, and our internal project team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing all on-site construction activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality.
- Managing and motivating a small on-site team and subcontractors.
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations, CDM requirements, and company procedures.
- Liaising with local stakeholders, including residents and local authorities.
- Planning and coordinating deliveries, crane operations, and logistics in tight city-centre conditions.
- Maintaining detailed site records, reporting progress, and addressing issues proactively.

Essential skills and experience:
- Strong Health & Safety and CDM knowledge.
