We're recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established main contractor delivering high-quality new build care home and later living developments.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a financially stable business with a strong pipeline of work and a proven track record of rewarding its employees.
The company has achieved its annual profit target for the last five years, resulting in a 10% annual bonus for staff.
The Role
- Manage new build care home and later living projects from inception through to completion.
- Lead site teams to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors throughout the build.
- Monitor programme, quality and commercial performance.
- Ensure all health & safety procedures are adhered to.
Requirements
- Previous experience delivering new build projects as a Project Manager.
- Main contractor background is essential.
- Experience within care homes, later living, residential or similar sectors would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
