We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative with strong horticultural knowledge to join our team in London. This is a hands-on role maintaining gardens, grounds, and landscaped areas across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will be confident operating machinery such as hedge cutters, ride-on and pedestrian mowers, and other garden maintenance tools, while demonstrating a thorough understanding of plants and shrubs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain gardens, hedges, lawns, and flower beds to a high standard
  • Operate and maintain horticultural machinery safely (mowers, hedge cutters, strimmers, etc.)
  • Identify and care for plants, trees, and shrubs; advise on sun/shade suitability

Requirements
